The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports today that trucks will be banned from the fast lane of the Florida turnpike starting February 1, 2008.  The ban will be enforced on a 40 mile stretch from the Lantana toll plaza near Lake Worth to the Golden Glades interchange in Miami-Dade County.  Commuters have been complaining about trucks getting in the way and slowing commute times on the busy highway.
