Steven Baez, a sergeant with the Army National Guard got his hands on a stack of vouchers (Form DA-348E) that excuses drivers from taking the state of Florida commercial vehicle competency test. It seems that Mr Baez was able to sell approximately 200 of these vouchers for up to $4,300 each. Now Steven Baez is sitting behind bars and in a series of pre-dawn raids last week throughout the Miami and Dade County area, federal, state and local authorities started rounding up the illegal drivers by picking up 7 truck operators. Many more arrests are coming….
